SOME DETAILS:
There will be a common food area (like the 2009 reunion).
All contributions to the food area should be a quantity to feed at least the number of your family members coming and shared by others.
Each family is responsible for providing their own beverages, paper products, and utensils for their individual table.
We would like to create a grill & kitchen schedule of half-hour intervals.
Volunteers are also needed for clean up and garbage detail
Please indicate your interest at the time of RSVP.
Volunteers for organizing a card game, quoits, and/or bocce would make for a fun day too!
Arrangements have been made for a magic show and balloon sculpting by Joe-Joe’s Entertainment from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. for everyone’s enjoyment.
